We begin to worry about our day-to-day lives, regardless of whether it is our health, our children or our ability to pay the bills. Those thoughts tend to weigh heavily on us and before you know it, we are laying awake in the middle of the night, worried about things that we can’t control anyway.

What would you do to get a better nights sleep? Like many people, you may have tried many different tricks but you still have a difficulty falling asleep when you hit the sheets. That is about to change, however, once you understand how to make this DIY lavender spray.
