There is a problem that many of us experience in life and we may have it on an ongoing basis. I’m talking about stress and more than likely, you have your fair share of it. We may experience it at work, at home or even on the drive in between those two locations. It seems as if once it gets a foothold in our lives, it is very difficult to shake loose.
Fortunately, there are some things that you can do to relieve stress and to make yourself feel just a little bit better. I’m not talking about taking medication, I’m talking about making this awesome DIY project. It is for little stress balls and they are perfect to carry around with you so you can use them anytime you feel your anxiety level rising. Give these a chance and you may just find that you are feeling better very quickly.
The human body was actually made to withstand a certain amount of stress. When we have healthy stress in our lives, it can help us to get things accomplished and it often pushes us to our limit so that we can do things we didn’t realize were possible. Unfortunately, many of us are under so much stress that it seems as if we never come down from it. Rather than being beneficial to us, it is detrimental to our physical and mental health.
It’s time for you to get control of your stress again. These little stress balls are the perfect beginning and they can help to relieve some of that pent-up anxiety that you are experiencing. Give these little guys and try and you will find that you are feeling a lot better.
Take 1/2 teaspoon of jelly beads (your choice of color), and place them into a bowl.
Add in 3/4 cup of water to the bowl and wait about 4 hours or until the beads have absorbed the water and swollen up.
Once the beads have swollen, start to transfer them into one of your clear balloons.
Once the balloon has been filled tie the top and there you have it, your very own DIY stress ball!
