If there is one problem that most people tend to have at some point or another in their lives, it’s a difficulty falling asleep. If you are fortunate, that problem is going to be short-lived and you may find that you are drifting off without too much of a problem when it comes time to hit the hay. Other people, however, struggle with some form of insomnia throughout their lives.
Having a problem with sleeping is typically something that happens when we are older. We begin to worry about our day-to-day lives, regardless of whether it is our health, our children or our ability to pay the bills. Those thoughts tend to weigh heavily on us and before you know it, we are laying awake in the middle of the night, worried about things that we can’t control anyway.
What would you do to get a better nights sleep? Like many people, you may have tried many different tricks but you still have a difficulty falling asleep when you hit the sheets. That is about to change, however, once you understand how to make this DIY lavender spray. It is a simplistic recipe but once you spray it on your bed sheets, you will find that it puts you into a deep sleep quickly and easily. As a matter of fact, it works so well that you may just want to set a second alarm clock in case you happen to oversleep in the morning.
