“It packs in a lot of full-sized amenities because I think a lot of people look at tinies and they think they’re really neat and novel and kind of cute, but I think 90 percent of people wouldn’t try and live in one,” according to Jimmy Hamilton, the co-owner. “What I’m trying to do is make a tiny that is also something that people actually want to live in.”
You will love the open kitchen that has an island and all of the amenities that make life worth living. This would include not only a double door refrigerator, microwave and range top stove, it also has a washer, dryer and a full-size dishwasher. If that isn’t enough, you can always customize the countertops and the cabinets to meet your style.
In the master bedroom, you will find plenty of room for a king size bed but in the lower state room, you will find comfortable twin or full-size bed for the extra sleepers. Even though you’re living in a small space, this bedroom makes it seem quite large. It even has a full-sized vanity and bathtub.
The 400 square foot roof deck really makes this home a lot larger. You will find it easy to entertain all summer long on this roof deck or on one of the two different porches that are included. This little houseboat is more than just a place that you can live, it could be a vacation rental as well.
One of the benefits of living in this little houseboat is the fact that it gets you close to the water without having to pay the big price of land by the water. It doesn’t matter if you are in Seattle or the Florida Keys, this home is the perfect way to see the area. The good news is, these homes cost as low as $99,000.
Many of us could really see ourselves living on such a houseboat. After all, it has everything that you could possibly want for comfortable living in a beautiful location.
