Materials Needed

1 1/2 cups baking soda
1/2 cup water
2 drops each of essential oils: eucalyptus, rosemary, and lavender.
muffin tin
muffin liners

Directions

Add baking soda to a mixing bowl.

Slowly add water until you’ve made a thick paste.

Spoon in to a muffin tin, and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degress.

Add 2 drops of each essential oil to the top.

Pop them out of the paper liner, place it in your shower, and let the essential oils steam away your stuffy nose.
