Something that is of interest to many of us is losing some weight. That is especially true if we tend to carry around a bit of a spare tire. Losing weight is not the easiest thing to do, however, and many of us have struggled with various weight loss diets, exercise routines and other frustrating issues.
If you are looking for a way to lose weight, there may just be a method that is as easy as stretching and breathing. It is a technique that was promoted by Miki Ryosuke, a Japanese actor. Doctors prescribed this particular routine for him to assist in overcoming some back pain. After a few weeks had passed, however, he had actually lost a considerable amount of weight and inches from his waist.
It took a few weeks of doing this easy exercise on a daily basis but he lost 28.7 pounds. What is perhaps even more incredible is the fact that 4.7 inches disappeared from his waistline. Since he discovered the benefits of doing this for himself, he has been sharing it online for everyone to enjoy. The video that is posted below gives a step-by-step routine and you’re not going to believe how simple it is to accomplish what he was able to accomplish.
Of course, most of us tend to cringe when we hear the word exercise and we are probably imagining doing crunches or a cardio workout and sweating the entire time. Nothing could be further from the truth. This exercise is working the muscles but it is not your typical workout. You’re not going to be sweating bullets and you only need to stand in place to gain the full benefits from it.

In reality, the exercise is a breathing exercise that was prescribed for back pain. How can breathing benefit your workout? It is known as the “Long Breath Diet.” The science behind it is solid. The fat in our body is made up of oxygen, hydrogen and carbon. When we breathe in extra oxygen that it reaches the fat cells, they are broken down into carbon and water. In other words, the more you breathe, the more the fat breaks down and is removed from the body naturally.
Take a moment to let it sink in. Breathing naturally is going to help you lose weight. This has become extremely popular and the exercise doesn’t even require that you breathe while you are working out! It just requires that you do a certain type of breathing regularly.
You begin by standing in a pose and really focus on your breathing to make it as effective as you possibly can. You can watch the video to learn more about the pose.
You will then breath in deeply for three seconds and firmly exhale for seven seconds. There is an extra trick that really helps to boost your fat burning and you can see it in the video.
Do this for 2-10 minutes daily and you will not believe the results. It took him a few weeks to see the weight loss but it was well worth it!
